The viph Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR's minimum age requirements for online gambling in the Philippines. viph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
Age verification is conducted during the KYC process for all registered accounts. Where viph discovers that an account has been registered by a person under 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all balances withheld, and the personal data of the minor purged from viph's systems to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any gaming winnings associated with an under-age account will be forfeited.

viph's primary data processing infrastructure is located in jurisdictions that maintain data protection standards consistent with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act.
