Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered viph account. Multiple accounts per person are prohibited and will result in suspension of all related accounts and withholding of associated balances pending compliance review.
Under PAGCOR regulation, viph maintains player funds in accounts legally separate from company operating capital. Your deposited balance is always withdrawable and is not at risk from viph's business liabilities.
All viph bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements and eligibility conditions. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.
Prohibited activities including collusion, exploitation of software errors, use of bots or automated tools, and fraudulent payment methods will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds without prior notice.
These Terms are governed by Philippine law. Disputes are subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process before any judicial proceedings. viph's PAGCOR authorization provides an independent regulatory escalation path for unresolved complaints.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and viph ("viph", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at viph.bid. By accessing, registering on, or using the viph platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all use of the viph Platform, including browsing, registering, depositing, wagering, withdrawing, and accessing customer support. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version.

All content on the viph Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, user interface designs, text, and data — is owned by or licensed to viph and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the viph Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include any right to:
Any unauthorized use of viph's intellectual property will constitute infringement and may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, viph's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform shall be limited to the net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
viph shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether the possibility of such loss or damage was communicated to viph:
Nothing in this section limits viph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine law.
viph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for reasons other than breach or fraud, viph will return the Player's verified Real Money Funds balance via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds are not refundable upon account closure. Where account closure follows a confirmed breach, viph reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and report the matter to PAGCOR.
In the event of a dispute between you and viph arising from your use of the Platform, the following process applies:
Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. viph will not investigate complaints relating to events that occurred more than 30 days prior without good cause.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 13, any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Philippines. Both parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods to these Terms is expressly excluded.
viph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, viph will provide at least 14 days' notice by:
Continued use of the viph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes. viph will return your verified Real Money Funds balance upon account closure in accordance with Section 12.
Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not affect Player rights, or updates required by law — may be made immediately without prior notice.
